1.
Dull the blade again, exiled wandering Chaos and unwinding The faults they signal, a return that’s meaningful Don’t look away Emerge and arise, step in-to the cauldron Illusions of immortality Skull grinning in on the banquet Burn in the tragedy Refusal of the call, a neon spectacle Is there anyone else watching? This is the main event, dispel the disenchantment Our reckoning Emerge and arise, step in-to the cauldron Illusions of immortality Skull grinning in on the banquet Re-remembering the majesty In a time between worlds Burn in the tragedy to see Burying six feet or further deep Resound, recoil
2.
Hollow whine, the paranoia rises socially hypnotising, overgrown New reaction to the condesending, overriding distraction, overblown Waste: Carnivorous Groan Hold the line, this force-fed climate causes constant fever rises, overblown Social driven concept, delusional shape-shift constant craving, overgrown Waste: Carnivorous groan Waste: Inflationary microbes Compassion, waining in the sphere Feed factions, tearing us with fear Craving murder: they’re tearing the sphere Breeding fervour: Segregate with fear Gravely murmur: Violation is clear Ashen sulphur: Separate and disappear Craving murder: Separate and disappear Compassion, waining in the sphere Feed factions, tearing us with fear Waste: Carnivorous Groan Waste: Inflationary microbes

Deny, Anchor yourself Recall, Resound
4.
Muzzle engage, speech is not welcome here Movement denied, your access to congregate Anchor yourself, memorising the echo familiar Vacant stare, discovered fears We are all reflected in our tears Plugging in to medicate This suffocated space, we’re all sharing here Puzzling gaze, back down and settle in Motion not carried, your voice tarred and muted Anchor yourself, memorising the echo familiar Vacant stare, discovered fears We are all reflected in our tears Plugging in to medicate This suffocated space, we’re all sharing here Resound, resound to the new condition Security culled at the admission Skin crawls at new premonition Recall, recall behind the prescription
5.
Recall, resound, recall, breathe, reclaiming back yourself Deny, anchor yourself
6.
Wait, about face, just wait speak clearly Hate, spark your hate, on your stool stroke your chamber It’s not like you care, enough to see The in-between (So) Take your lie And shine it on left field (You just) Watch and remark That it’s wasted all on me Hate, surge your hate and just Circumvent Hate, serve your hate and just Congregate It’s not like you care, enough to see The in-between (So) Take your lie And shine it on left field (You just) Watch and remark That it’s wasted all on me Saddle up, settle in Face it, you’re the joke, hit your peak Time to settle in with the noise And fear you ferment and Claimed your stake All the fear that you crave Made us cave in and segregated All the spin you create

about

Written, demoed and recorded over 2020-22 between lockdowns for the most part, The Liminal EP consists of themes and moods inevitably informed by the novel period it was created. The liminal refers to the space between, the time of limbo where the illusion of safe, solid footing is a luxury no longer available. Choices made in this space individually and collectively dense with meaning for a future yet envisioned. A time that paradoxically seemed as if everything stood still but also moved much too quickly as lines were being drawn in the sand.

Thanks to The Loud Noise Estate who Mixed and Mastered the recording, Nick Pekarsky for the Dividing Space video, Tom Fox for providing an abundance of pedals and anyone else who helped and supported this project.
